Beavers (Ages 6–8) – Join the Adventure!

Is your child ready to explore, make new friends, and learn exciting new skills? At 1st Whetstone Beaver Scouts, boys and girls aged 6–8 get the chance to discover a world of fun, adventure, and teamwork in a safe and friendly environment.

What Do Beavers Do?

Beavers meet each week to take part in a wide variety of activities. One week they might be building dens, the next trying out fun science experiments, cooking on a campfire, or going on an outdoor treasure hunt. We also play games, get creative with crafts, and even go on trips and sleepovers – often the first time many Beavers spend a night away from home!

Through these adventures, children develop confidence, teamwork, and practical life skills, all while having an amazing time with friends.

Cost

Membership is just £15 per month per child, which helps cover equipment, activities, badges, and running costs. We keep fees as low as possible so every child can enjoy the fun of Scouting.
